  • The platform takes a 3% commission on the invoice total, excluding shipping — shipping is passed through at its actual cost with no commission on it.
  • The prices you enter are net of tax, and the buyer sees the price inclusive of 15% VAT.
  • Your payouts are released after delivery and once the buyer objection window (24 hours) has closed — not before.
  • Your products are reviewed by our team before publishing, while price and stock edits take effect immediately without review.

WhatsApp is the only communication channel on the platform — without this consent you will not receive notifications about your orders.
