Mobile number, name, statutory company details (commercial register, VAT number), and bank transfer receipts — collected to fulfil orders, verify commercial identity, and meet the statutory requirements of tax invoicing.
2How long data is retained
Transaction and invoice records are kept for the period Saudi law requires of commercial and tax records, and transfer receipts are kept with access restricted to the platform only.
3Explicit prior consent
Your data is not accepted without your consent at registration, and that consent covers receiving platform notifications on WhatsApp — the only contact channel.
4Your rights: access, correction, deletion
You have the right to view your data, correct it, and request its deletion, insofar as this does not conflict with a statutory obligation to retain the records of a live transaction.
5Use limited to the stated purpose
Your data is not used for any purpose other than the one stated here, and is not shared with a third party except as the transaction itself requires (shipping details to the carrier you choose).
6Transferring data outside the Kingdom
If data is hosted outside the Kingdom, the transfer follows the safeguards of the Personal Data Protection Law (standard contractual clauses and a risk assessment). The final hosting location is not yet settled.
